I was looking for deepening my understanding of Yoga Philosophy and ancient texts as I was completing my 300HR YTT, and I found Path 58 who does just that. I highly recommend their Yoga Sutra course...Not only is Eleonora incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, but she also helps to make sense of what is commonly known as a complicated text in a way that is relatable and digestible. I loved the way the sections were broken down, as I felt that they encompassed the relevant aspects without it feeling overwhelming. This also made time for the learnings to sink in. I also really enjoyed the chanting meditation before and after each class as it allowed me to get in the most suitable mental headspace to embody the message.

“It is thanks to Path 58 that I was able to connect the dots between the spiritual conscious work I have been doing and the Yoga Practice. As a spiritual practitioner and Yoga Teacher there was a gap in my practice. Passionate about teaching others  through the practice of Yoga, I didn't really know the roots of where this spiritual essence of the practice stemmed from. Thanks to Eleonora, I was able to honour the roots of Yoga and receive a clearer insight into the teachings that are shared through the Yoga Sutras. The education I received from her has taken both my practice and teachings to a new depth and at last there is a connection between the spiritual essence in me and teachings of Yoga. Thank you Path 58, for this new awareness!

"I am very grateful for Eleonora’s Yoga Sutra course for several reasons, the most prominent being accessibility to the content without compromising depth coupled with thought-provoking conversations. Eleonora holds space for your curiosity and questions in an encouraging manner and will always share helpful contexts that framed her answers according to my way of understanding".

“Meditation has gently led me to deepen my spiritual journey, but it was only when I discovered Eleonora’s “Introduction to The Yoga Sutra” that my spiritual experiences aligned with the true meaning of yoga: the union of your mind, body, soul and Spirit. Eleonora breaks down the complexity of The Yoga Sutra with such clarity and ease, that you automatically gain a richer and deeper insight of remembering who you really are.”
